My journey into this work began in London, where I first trained as a nursery nurse after changing careers from being a secretary. I went on to study at the University of London and, after completing my training, worked with children with special needs through various charities, including Kids Charity.

In 2006, I moved to Australia and continued my work in nurseries and child care centres, supporting children with additional needs. With over 30 years of experience in this field, I have dedicated my career to understanding how we can function at our best—physically, emotionally, and socially.

My path expanded through training in kinesiology, which led me to develop my practice in Rhythmic Movement, and later completing Levels One and Two in Family Constellations. Since 2016, I have also worked with adults with special needs, supporting them in their homes and communities.

Now, I bring all of this experience into my own practice, offering both one-on-one sessions and group workshops. My monthly Family Constellations groups create a safe and supportive space for collective healing, while Rhythmic Movement sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

My Approach

Whether through gentle, natural movements that support the nervous system, or through exploring hidden family patterns that span generations, my work is always about creating a safe space for healing, growth, and resilience.

In my treatment room, you’ll find a calm, comfortable, and well-lit environment where you are supported with warmth, care, and respect for your journey.
